Haha so remember I said my boyfriend went on and on about how he was going to get me a blender?
Psh, of course I knew he wasn't REALLY going to get me a blender. But it was really adorable He kept with the blender story and I kept playing along. We went to see the movie 'The Men Who Stare at Goats' (which was really quite hilarious btw) and before the movie we were just chillin around and I was in his arms and he goes "Alright, so I'm really excited about this blender" and he takes off the necklace I was wearing currently (because the blender he got me was supposedly going to be hung from paper clips around my neck, you know ) and then he pulls out this necklace and is like "Well ok the blender isn't actually a blender"

I adore the necklace. It's really beautiful It's some Steam punk necklace and it's all coppery lookin' and the centerpiece is an old piece from a watch (those are the gears to the necklace we joked about with taking the blender apart and having gears on it. Ridiculous! You now what's rather funny about that? The night he bought the necklace for me, I had been talking to him on facebook chat and I was making a paperclip necklace because I was bored and I got kinda loopy and was like "omg that would be SO sweet if I had a necklace made out of GEARS!!!" and like he literally just bought this necklace that has gears on it) and there are pretty flowery things on it ... I'll probs take a picture of it at some point and put it up. I love it

In other news, I'm sorta working on those requests. I haven't really had a lot of time, or good drawing skills, to work with lately so ... yeah. But i haven't forgotten, don't worry I have most of them down to the base outlines haha.

Yeah I guess that's all haha.
